Recipes are pretty easy to find on the Internet. Except, I’m looking for a specific recipe that is eluding me. If you are familiar with Erkuai (Pin Yin: ar-kwie) and know how to make it, drop me a note, as I’m having a lot of trouble finding a good recipe for it. I’m looking for the sweet Erkuai, particularly the paste ingredients.
