I got an email from someone the other day asking several SMS related questions. The emails went back and forth and it ended up with a phone call because there seemed like to much to talk about in email. Part of the discussion was about myITforum and the lack of or quality of replies to his post(s) in the SMS forums. I told him that long posts generally tend to be more difficult to answer and are not very specific; therefore, not too many people reply. The forums are a great place for information and if you have had a experience where you have not gotten an answer, simply post a new question and revise what you previously posted. I'm not aware of ANY other site that is so dedicated to helping people with SMS and other technologies. Don't forget that there are also a bunch of email discussion lists that you can join for free. If you think the articles and the forums are the only offerings and sources of knowledge, post a specific question to the discussion list and see who replies.
